You may experience some trouble purchasing a plan or adding credit to your account between 11:00 PM AEDT Saturday 20th February and 06:00 AM AEDT Sunday 21st February. For new customers, you will unable to use your Medicare Card as a method of identification when signing up to a plan. We understand this may be a little frustrating and appreciate your patience. If you need to manage your account, it's best to plan ahead.
